NUTRICORE

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Version 2.4

Effective date: 29 September 2026

These General Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the NutriCore platform, including the NutriCore website, mobile applications, software, features, content, artificial-intelligence functionality, coaching functionality, communications, integrations and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, accepting these Terms, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

For purposes of these Terms, "NutriCore", "we", "us" and "our" means NutriCore, the operator of the Platform, and "you" and "your" means the individual accessing or using the Platform.

  1. THE NUTRICORE PLATFORM

NutriCore is a technology platform for training, nutrition, body and recovery tracking, providing one account and one record of a person's training, food, body and recovery information.

The Platform provides two coaching paths:

  • AI coaching, in which automated functionality provides recommendations, plans and conversational support; and
  • human coaching, in which a human coach with whom you have entered a coaching relationship (Section 5) holds responsibility for your programme.

The Platform also provides Timeline, an optional social space in which account holders who choose to join can share posts, follow one another and exchange direct messages (Sections 9 and 10).

The Platform also provides Find a Coach, in which signed-in account holders can view the profiles of coaches who have chosen to be listed, and athletes can ask a coach who appears there to coach them (Sections 5.3 and 5.5).

Not every feature described in these Terms is available in every version, region or account type. Some features described here may be made available in future releases, may be varied, or may not be released at all. Nothing in these Terms obliges NutriCore to provide a feature that is not currently available to you.

The Platform may be used by different categories of users, including individuals seeking fitness, nutrition or wellness support; human coaches and trainers; individuals invited to the Platform by a coach; and users interacting with AI coaching functionality.

Different users may have different relationships with one another. Your use of the Platform does not, by itself, establish a professional, medical, employment, partnership, agency, fiduciary or other relationship between you and NutriCore.

  1. ELIGIBILITY, AGE AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

2.1 ELIGIBILITY

By creating an account or using NutriCore, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use NutriCore and its applicable features under the laws and regulations that apply to you.

Where applicable law requires the consent or authorization of a parent or legal guardian, you confirm that such consent or authorization has been validly obtained.

Certain features, including Human Coaching, may be subject to additional eligibility requirements stated separately in these Terms.

Eligibility to hold an account follows the law that applies to you rather than a single age set by NutriCore. Where NutriCore becomes aware that an account is held by a person who is not legally permitted to use NutriCore, or without a consent or authorisation that applicable law requires, NutriCore may restrict or close that account.

2.2 ACCOUNTS HELD BY PERSONS UNDER 18

Where you are under 18, the following apply in addition to the rest of these Terms:

  1. Human coaching is not available to you. You may not enter a coaching relationship with a human coach on the Platform, whether as athlete or as coach, and you may not send, accept or redeem a coaching invitation or request. Human coaching becomes available when you reach 18.
  2. Certain features may be restricted, modified or withheld. NutriCore may apply different parameters, more conservative recommendations, additional safeguards, or reduced functionality to accounts held by persons under 18, including in relation to calorie and macronutrient targets, body-weight tracking, body measurements and training intensity. This does not apply to Timeline, which is the same for every account eligible under Section 2.1.
  3. You are strongly encouraged to involve a parent, legal guardian or qualified healthcare professional before using calorie tracking, weight tracking, body-measurement or training features, and before acting on any recommendation produced by the Platform.

Nothing in this section limits Section 3, which applies to every user.

2.3 ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You must provide accurate and reasonably complete information when creating and maintaining your account, including your date of birth.

You are responsible for:

  1. maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
  2. all activity conducted through your account;
  3. providing accurate information relevant to the services you receive or provide; and
  4. promptly notifying NutriCore of suspected unauthorised access or misuse of your account.

You must not impersonate another person, create an account using false information, misstate your age or date of birth, or use the Platform for unlawful purposes.

NutriCore may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts where it reasonably believes that these Terms, applicable law, or Platform safety requirements have been violated.

  1. FITNESS, NUTRITION AND WELLNESS DISCLAIMER

The Platform is intended to provide fitness, nutrition, training, wellness and related information and tools.

NutriCore is not a medical provider.

Unless expressly provided by an appropriately licensed professional independently of NutriCore, information, recommendations, plans, exercises, nutrition suggestions, training instructions, assessments and other outputs available through the Platform do not constitute medical diagnosis, medical treatment, medical advice, clinical care or a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

You are solely responsible for determining whether an activity, exercise, dietary change, supplement, training programme or other recommendation is appropriate for you.

You should seek appropriate professional medical advice before beginning or materially changing an exercise, nutrition or wellness programme, particularly where you have an injury, illness, medical condition, symptoms, physical limitation, pregnancy, or other circumstance that may affect your ability to safely participate.

You must not use the Platform as a substitute for emergency medical services. If you experience an emergency or potentially serious medical symptoms, you should immediately contact the appropriate emergency or medical service.

3.1 DISORDERED EATING AND VULNERABLE USERS

The Platform provides calorie and macronutrient targets, body-weight tracking and related measurements.

The Platform is not a treatment tool and is not suitable for the management of an eating disorder or disordered eating.

If you have, have had, or believe you may have an eating disorder or a disordered relationship with food, exercise or body weight, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using calorie tracking, weight tracking or body-measurement features, and you should not rely on Platform targets in place of professional care.

Adolescence is a period of elevated risk for the development of disordered eating, and nutritional and energy requirements during adolescence differ from those of adults. Users under 18, and the parents or guardians of users under 18, should treat calorie targets, weight tracking and body-measurement features with particular caution and should involve a qualified healthcare professional before relying on them.

NutriCore may restrict, modify or withhold features, targets or recommendations where it reasonably believes doing so is appropriate for user safety.

  1. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

The Platform uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language models and other automated technologies to generate, analyse, summarise, personalise or recommend content.

AI-generated content may include, without limitation: training recommendations; exercise suggestions; nutrition suggestions; meal recommendations; recovery recommendations; summaries of user information; explanations; conversational responses; progress observations; plans; predictions; classifications; and other personalised recommendations.

4.1 AI OUTPUT MAY BE INCORRECT

You acknowledge that artificial intelligence systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, inappropriate, misleading or internally inconsistent information. AI-generated content may contain factual errors or "hallucinations".

NutriCore does not warrant that any AI-generated output is accurate, complete, current, safe, appropriate or suitable for your particular circumstances.

You must independently evaluate AI-generated information before relying upon it. The existence of a recommendation, instruction, assessment or other AI-generated output does not constitute a representation by NutriCore that the recommendation is correct or appropriate for you.

4.2 NO AUTOMATIC PROFESSIONAL JUDGMENT

AI functionality is not a replacement for a qualified healthcare professional, registered dietitian, licensed medical professional, qualified trainer or other appropriately qualified professional where professional judgment is required.

You remain responsible for deciding whether to follow an AI-generated recommendation.

4.3 AI DEPENDENCY

AI outputs may depend upon information supplied by you, information retrieved from connected services, historical information, algorithms, model behaviour and other data sources.

If information provided to the Platform is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or incorrect, resulting recommendations may also be inaccurate. NutriCore does not guarantee that AI-generated recommendations will account for every relevant aspect of your circumstances.

4.4 THIRD-PARTY AI PROCESSING

AI functionality is provided using third-party artificial-intelligence services operated by providers outside NutriCore. In order to generate a response, information relating to your account — which may include your training, nutrition, body and recovery information, and the content of your messages to the AI coach — is transmitted to and processed by those providers.

Your information may therefore be processed on infrastructure located outside your country of residence. The providers used, the categories of information transmitted, and the safeguards applied are described in the NutriCore Privacy Policy.

  1. FIND A COACH, COACH PROFILES AND HUMAN COACHING RELATIONSHIPS

5.1 AGE REQUIREMENT

Human coaching is available only to users aged 18 and over. Both parties to a coaching relationship must be at least 18 years of age.

The Platform applies this requirement using the date of birth recorded on each account, which you must keep accurate (Section 2.3). An account that has no date of birth recorded, or whose recorded date of birth shows its holder to be under 18, cannot send a coaching request or any invitation, be sent an invitation within the Platform, accept an invitation, confirm a request, or coach. Such an account may be able to view Find a Coach, but cannot use it to request coaching.

If, during a coaching relationship, the date of birth recorded on the athlete's account stops showing the athlete to be 18 or over, the relationship is not ended by that alone. Despite Sections 7 and 8.2, while that remains so the coach cannot access the athlete's information, send the athlete messages or prescribe through the Platform, and the AI coaching functionality does not resume prescribing. Either party may end the relationship at any time (Section 5.6).

5.2 NUTRICORE'S ROLE

NutriCore provides technology through which coaches and athletes can find each other, communicate, and enter and conduct a coaching relationship. Unless a separate written agreement with NutriCore expressly provides otherwise, NutriCore is not a party to the coaching relationship between a coach and an athlete, and coaches are independent users of the Platform, not NutriCore's employees or agents (Section 6).

NutriCore does not select, match or recommend anyone as a coach for you, and does not select athletes for coaches. A suggestion of an account to follow on Timeline is not a recommendation of anyone as a coach, or of anyone to a coach as an athlete. The choice of whom to invite or ask, and whether to accept or confirm, is made by coaches and athletes, not by NutriCore, within the conditions and limits the Platform applies, including those described in these Terms. NutriCore does not verify coaches' qualifications or assess their background, competence or suitability for you. The identity check and credential review described in Section 5.4 are limited in the ways described there.

5.3 FIND A COACH

Find a Coach is a part of the Platform in which the profiles of coaches who have chosen to be listed can be viewed by signed-in NutriCore account holders. Find a Coach is not visible to anyone who is not signed in to NutriCore.

A coach appears in Find a Coach only while:

  1. the coach has chosen to be listed;
  2. the coach has indicated that they are accepting new athletes; and
  3. the coach's account meets the Platform's account requirements for coaches, which are that it is not an athlete account, that the date of birth recorded on it shows the coach to be 18 or over, that it is not suspended from the Platform as a whole, and that the coach has accepted the version of these Terms in force.

These account requirements are not an assessment of a coach's qualifications, competence or suitability.

No coach is required to be listed. While a coach meets the account requirements, the coach may change their coach profile, stop being listed, or indicate that they are not accepting new athletes, through the Platform's coach profile settings. Not being listed, or indicating that they are not accepting new athletes, affects only whether the coach appears in Find a Coach and can be sent a coaching request through it: it does not withdraw a request the coach has already received or accepted, or an invitation the coach has already sent, and it does not prevent the coach from sending invitations or from being asked in a conversation. While a coach does not meet the account requirements, for example until the coach accepts the version of these Terms in force, the coach's listing is not shown and the coach cannot make those changes, but the coach profile and those settings are kept; Sections 5.5 and 5.6 describe what else follows.

Being listed affects only Find a Coach. While a coach who holds a coach account meets the account requirements, other signed-in account holders aged 18 or over can also find the coach by username through the Platform's search for a coach, whether or not the coach is listed or accepting new athletes, and see the coach's name, username and profile photo and any identity indication (Section 5.4).

Coaches appear in Find a Coach in the order in which they most recently chose to be listed, most recent first. That order is not a recommendation or rating of any coach, is not based on any assessment of a coach's quality, and is not affected by any payment. Filters and searches in Find a Coach work on what coaches have stated in their profiles and on their names and usernames; they are not an assessment by NutriCore. A search may not show every coach who meets the conditions above.

NutriCore may hide or remove any coach profile or listing, and may restrict any account's use of Find a Coach or its ability to send or receive coaching requests or invitations, where it reasonably believes this is necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with applicable law or protect the Platform. NutriCore may also suspend, restrict or terminate accounts as described in Sections 2.3, 11 and 25.

5.4 COACH PROFILES

The headline, biography, languages, years of experience and any qualification or credential shown on a coach profile are supplied by the coach; the sports and specialties shown on it are chosen by the coach from lists the Platform provides, and that choice is the coach's statement, not NutriCore's; and the name, username and profile photo shown with it come from the coach's account. The coach alone is responsible for their accuracy and lawfulness (Section 6). Changes a coach makes to a coach profile, other than adding a credential, can appear in Find a Coach as soon as they are saved: NutriCore does not review or approve them before they appear. NutriCore does not check whether anything a coach states in a coach profile is true or accurate, including statements about experience, qualifications, specialties, languages or results, except that NutriCore may review a credential as described below, and such a review does not confirm that the credential is genuine or valid.

Identity check. The Platform's identity check is optional. A coach does not need it to be listed or found in Find a Coach, to receive a coaching request, to send an invitation, or to coach. Where a coach's identity check has been recorded as passed, the Platform may show an indication of that with the coach's profile or name, such as the words "Identity verified" or "Verified", or a check-mark symbol shown with those words or next to the coach's name (an "identity indication"). A symbol shown with the words "Credentials reviewed" is not an identity indication. Where a third-party verification provider carries out the check, it is designed to confirm that the person completing it is the person shown on a government-issued identity document, by comparing a photograph of that person taken during the check with the document, and that the document shows them to be 18 or over. NutriCore may instead decide itself whether a check is passed, including in place of a provider's result, and an identity indication then means only that NutriCore recorded the check as passed. In every case, an identity indication means only that the check was recorded as passed at the time it was recorded. It does not confirm that the name, username or profile photo shown with the coach's profile or name matches the identity document, that the account is still used by the person who completed the check, or anything about the coach's qualifications, licences, certifications, insurance, background, criminal record, conduct or competence. NutriCore may withdraw an identity indication. The absence of an identity indication does not, by itself, mean that a coach has failed the check.

Credential review. A coach may add credentials, such as a certification, degree, licence or membership, to their coach profile. NutriCore may choose to review a credential that a coach has added and, if NutriCore marks it as reviewed, the coach profile may show that credential with a "Credentials reviewed" indication. A credential that NutriCore has not marked as reviewed, or whose expiry date as stated by the coach has passed, is not shown to other account holders. The indication means only that NutriCore marked the credential as reviewed; these Terms do not describe a particular method or standard of review. NutriCore may withdraw a review, after which the credential is not shown to other account holders. The indication is not a verification or certification by NutriCore, and does not confirm that a credential is genuine, valid, current, recognised in any place or relevant to the coaching offered. Qualifications that a coach mentions elsewhere in a coach profile, such as in the headline or biography, are not reviewed.

No endorsement. A listing in Find a Coach, a coach's position in it, and any indication shown with a coach profile or a coach's name are not an endorsement, certification, recommendation or guarantee by NutriCore of any coach, of a coach's services, or of any result (Sections 6 and 15).

5.5 REQUESTS, INVITATIONS AND THE START OF A RELATIONSHIP

A human coaching relationship on the Platform begins only when an athlete accepts a coach's invitation, or confirms a coaching request that the coach has accepted.

Requests. An athlete may ask a coach to coach them by sending a coaching request, with an optional message, to a coach who appears in Find a Coach (Section 5.3), or by asking in a conversation with the coach on the Platform. A request shares with the coach the name, username and profile photo on the athlete's account and the athlete's message. A request only asks. The coach may accept or decline a request made through Find a Coach; if the coach accepts it, the athlete may then confirm it, and the athlete may withdraw it at any time before confirming. A coach cannot withdraw an acceptance once given: until the acceptance expires, the athlete may confirm the request, subject to the conditions described in this Section. After a request made in a conversation, the coach may send the athlete an invitation.

Invitations. A coach may invite a person of their own choosing by email address. A coach may also send an invitation within the Platform to the holder of any athlete account who is 18 or over according to the date of birth recorded on that account and whose account is not suspended from the Platform as a whole, unless either of them has blocked the other. An athlete does not need to have chosen to be findable by coaches, or to have had a conversation with the coach, to be sent an invitation within the Platform; that choice affects whether coaches can find the athlete in the Platform's search by username and send the athlete the first message in a conversation before coaching. When a coach sends an invitation within the Platform, the coach is shown the athlete's name and username as recorded on the athlete's account, but not the athlete's email address; that name may differ from any name the athlete uses on Timeline. Because an invitation within the Platform can be sent only to an account that meets these conditions, a coach may be able to tell from whether it can be sent that the account meets them. The athlete is shown the coach's name and username, and may be shown the coach's profile photo, with the invitation, and may be notified of it in the app and by email. An invitation only offers coaching, and the coach may withdraw it until it is accepted.

A request, a coach's acceptance of a request, and a pending invitation do not create a coaching relationship, do not give the coach access to any of the athlete's information described in Section 8.2 beyond what this Section says a request or an invitation shows, and do not change who holds prescription authority (Section 7). A coach may use what a coaching request, an invitation or a conversation before coaching begins shows about an athlete only in connection with that contact, and must not disclose it to anyone else except where the law requires or permits it. No one is required to answer a request or an invitation. Requests made through Find a Coach, invitations, and accepted requests awaiting confirmation expire if they are not acted on within the period the Platform applies to them. A request made through Find a Coach is not deleted when it is withdrawn, declined or expires, and neither such a request nor a conversation before coaching begins is deleted when either person blocks the other: the coach and the athlete may each still be able to see it, with the messages in it and the name, username and profile photo currently on the other's account, and the athlete may still see the coach profile with a request the athlete sent.

While a coach does not meet the account requirements for coaches (Section 5.3), for example until the coach accepts the version of these Terms in force, no coaching request can be sent to the coach, the coach cannot send an invitation or accept a request, an invitation from the coach cannot be accepted, a request the coach has accepted cannot be confirmed, and neither the coach nor an athlete can send the other a message in a conversation before coaching begins. Pending requests and invitations are not withdrawn for that reason alone, and they still expire.

An athlete can accept an invitation or confirm a request only while the conditions the Platform applies at that time are met. They include that the athlete is 18 or over (Section 5.1), has no other active coaching relationship (Section 5.6), has accepted the version of these Terms in force and has verified the email address on their account; that the coach meets the account requirements for coaches (Section 5.3); and that neither of them has blocked the other (Section 10). An invitation sent to an email address can be accepted only from an account whose verified email address is that address.

Invitations and requests are subject to limits that protect users from unwanted contact. Neither can be sent or accepted between two people where either has blocked the other (Section 10).

Before you accept a coach's invitation or confirm a coaching request that a coach has accepted, the Platform shows you what that coach will be able to access while the coaching relationship is active (Section 8.2). Accepting the invitation, or confirming the request, is your authorization of that access. There is no separate permission step afterwards.

5.6 CHOOSING AND ENDING A COACHING RELATIONSHIP

You are responsible for deciding whom you enter a coaching relationship with, and for satisfying yourself as to their qualifications, insurance, licensing and suitability, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. You may wish to ask a coach about these matters before you accept an invitation or confirm a request. Apart from what these Terms state about coaches, including the conditions for appearing in Find a Coach (Section 5.3) and the limited meaning of the indications described in Section 5.4, NutriCore makes no representation about any coach.

Either party may end a coaching relationship at any time, for any reason, without NutriCore's involvement or permission. Ending a relationship is permanent; resuming with the same coach creates a new relationship.

While a coach with whom you have an active coaching relationship does not meet the account requirements for coaches (Section 5.3), for example until the coach accepts the version of these Terms in force, the relationship is not ended: it continues, your authorization under Section 8.2 is not withdrawn, and your coach continues to hold prescription authority (Section 7). Despite Sections 7 and 8.2, during that time the coach cannot access your information, send you messages or prescribe through the Platform, and the AI coaching functionality does not resume prescribing; this does not by itself change your existing programme or targets. When the coach meets the account requirements again, the coach can again access your information, send you messages and prescribe through the Platform under your existing authorization, without a new acceptance by you. You may end the relationship at any time, after which prescription authority returns to the AI coaching functionality.

You may have only one active human coaching relationship at a time.

  1. HUMAN COACHES

Human coaches and trainers may use the Platform to communicate with, train and provide services to athletes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement with NutriCore, human coaches are independent users of the Platform and are not employees, agents, representatives, partners or joint venturers of NutriCore.

A coach's use of the Platform, including a listing in Find a Coach and any indication shown with a coach profile or a coach's name (Section 5.4), does not constitute an endorsement, certification, employment relationship or guarantee by NutriCore regarding that coach's qualifications, competence, conduct, advice or services.

Where you interact with or receive services from a coach:

  • the coach is responsible for the professional services they provide;
  • the coach is responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of their own advice and instructions;
  • the coach is responsible for complying with laws, licensing requirements and professional standards applicable to their services in their own jurisdiction and in yours;
  • you are responsible for evaluating the coach and deciding whether to follow their advice; and
  • any dispute concerning the coach's services should primarily be addressed between the coach and athlete, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

NutriCore is a technology platform facilitating the relevant functionality and is not automatically a party to the underlying coach-athlete relationship.

A coach must not use the Platform to coach a person under 18. Human coaching is not available on accounts held by persons under 18 (Section 5.1), and a coach must not attempt to establish a coaching relationship with a person under 18 through the Platform or in connection with it.

Coach profiles. If you create a coach profile, you alone are responsible for it, including its headline, biography, sports, specialties, languages, years of experience and any qualification or credential you state or add. Your coach profile must be accurate, truthful and not misleading, and you must keep it up to date whenever the Platform allows you to change it (Section 5.3). You must not state or imply that you hold a qualification, licence, certification, credential, experience or affiliation that you do not hold, and you must not state or imply that NutriCore has checked, approved, recommended or endorsed you beyond the limited meaning of an indication described in Section 5.4.

Your coach profile, together with the name, username and profile photo on your account, is User Content (Section 9). You must have all rights and permissions needed for the text and photographs you use in it, including the permission of any person shown in a photograph. You grant NutriCore the rights described in Section 9 to display your coach profile, with that name, username and profile photo, to other signed-in account holders in Find a Coach while you are listed, and in the Platform's other coaching features, including to athletes who have sent you a coaching request, have received an invitation from you or are coached by you, and to display that name, username and profile photo to signed-in account holders who search for a coach by username.

Medical care. Section 3 applies to all coaching provided through the Platform. Section 3 does not reduce a coach's own responsibility, described in this Section, for the accuracy and appropriateness of their advice and instructions. A coach must not present coaching provided through the Platform as medical diagnosis, medical treatment, medical advice or clinical care, and must not provide medical services through the Platform (Section 19), unless the coach is an appropriately licensed healthcare professional permitted to provide them by the laws and professional rules that apply to the coach and to the athlete. A coach who acts in that capacity does so independently of NutriCore and outside NutriCore's role, under the coach's own professional responsibility. NutriCore does not verify any such licence, and a "Credentials reviewed" indication shown with a licence has only the limited meaning described in Section 5.4. NutriCore is not a party to those services and does not offer the Platform as a system for clinical care or for keeping medical records. Whatever a coach's licence, a coach must not use the Platform to treat or manage an eating disorder or disordered eating, for which the Platform is not suitable (Section 3.1).

  1. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PROGRAMME

At any given time, exactly one party holds responsibility for prescribing your training and nutrition targets. NutriCore refers to this as prescription authority.

  • Where you have no active human coaching relationship, the AI coaching functionality holds prescription authority and may generate and adjust your programme and targets, subject to Section 4 and, where you are under 18, to Section 2.2.
  • Where you have an active human coaching relationship, your coach holds prescription authority. The AI coaching functionality stops prescribing: it will not generate your programme, will not adjust your calorie or macronutrient targets, and will not issue unprompted coaching recommendations.

While a human coaching relationship is active, non-prescribing AI functionality remains available to you — including food search, photo estimation of meals, logging, and factual answers. These tools record and describe; they do not prescribe.

Where a human coach holds prescription authority, your coach sets your prescribed targets. If you change your nutrition targets yourself, the change is recorded as yours, not your coach's. You may end the coaching relationship at any time, after which prescription authority returns to the AI coaching functionality.

Whoever holds prescription authority, the Platform recommends effort, intensity and behaviour. It does not instruct you to reach a particular body weight.

  1. YOUR DATA AND WHAT A COACH CAN SEE

8.1 YOUR DATA IS YOURS

Information about you — your profile, body measurements, food logs, workout history and connected-device data — belongs to you and remains associated with your account across coaching relationships. Ending a relationship with a coach does not remove your own record.

8.2 WHAT A HUMAN COACH CAN SEE, AND WHEN

Accepting a human coach's invitation, or confirming a coaching request that a human coach has accepted (Section 5.5), after being shown what that coach can access, is your authorization for that coach to access your coaching-relevant NutriCore information for as long as the coaching relationship is active. The Platform shows you this description before you accept or confirm, and again at any time from your coach settings.

While the relationship is active, your coach can access the following categories of your information, where the Platform holds them:

  • your identity and profile basics, including your name, username, profile photo, age and height;
  • your body weight and body measurements, including their history;
  • your nutrition targets (calories and macronutrients) and their history, and your food and nutrition log history;
  • your training plans, prescriptions and schedule;
  • your completed workouts and their history, whether or not your coach prescribed them, and how you performed them, including sets, repetitions, load, duration and intensity;
  • your progress, trends and check-ins; and
  • stored performance, recovery and connected-device data that is relevant to coaching.

Your coach cannot access, and the Platform does not disclose to a coach: your password, sign-in credentials or account security information; billing or payment information; internal administrative or operational records about your account; information belonging to any other user; your private conversations with the AI coaching functionality, unless you separately and expressly authorize that; and free-text notes you record for yourself that the Platform designates as private.

Your coach cannot edit, delete or rewrite your historical records. Your coach may create coaching-related content and change your future training and nutrition through the Platform's coaching and prescription features, as described in Section 7.

The Platform records when you accepted the relationship and which version of this description you were shown. Where you entered a coaching relationship before this description existed, the Platform will ask you to acknowledge it once before your coach's access under this Section applies.

Neither you nor your coach can authorize access on the other's behalf. Authorization is given for the coaching relationship as a whole, not category by category, and it is withdrawn by ending the relationship (Section 8.4).

8.3 CONTENT CREATED WITHIN THE RELATIONSHIP

Programmes, prescriptions, coaching notes and messages created within a coaching relationship belong to that relationship rather than to either party alone. Where a relationship ends, access to that content may be restricted or removed.

The AI coaching functionality does not read programmes, prescriptions, notes or messages created by your human coach unless your coach has separately and expressly permitted it. That permission is off by default.

8.4 AFTER A COACHING RELATIONSHIP ENDS

When a coaching relationship ends, the coach's access to your information through the Platform ends with it. Ending the relationship stops your coach's access immediately. It does not undo what your coach has already seen. Your own record - your profile, body measurements, food logs, workout history and connected-device data - is not deleted when a relationship ends and remains in your account (Section 8.1).

A coach must not retain, use or disclose an athlete's information beyond what is reasonably necessary to comply with the coach's own legal, professional or record-keeping obligations. Where a coach has recorded or exported an athlete's information outside the Platform, the coach is responsible for handling it lawfully, and must delete it on the athlete's request except where applicable law or a professional obligation requires the coach to retain it.

  1. USER CONTENT AND COMMUNICATIONS

Users may submit, upload, transmit or otherwise make available information, text, photographs, videos, messages, training information, nutrition information, health and fitness information and other content through the Platform ("User Content").

You retain ownership of User Content to the extent that you own the relevant rights.

You grant NutriCore the limited rights necessary to host, store, process, transmit, display and otherwise use User Content to provide, maintain, secure and improve the Platform and its functionality, subject to applicable law and the NutriCore Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit User Content.

You must not submit content that: violates applicable law; infringes another person's intellectual-property rights; contains malicious software; impersonates another person; unlawfully exposes another person's private information; constitutes harassment, threats or abuse; sexualises or endangers a minor; or otherwise violates these Terms or applicable Platform policies.

NutriCore may remove or restrict access to User Content where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or protect the Platform.

Timeline. Timeline is optional. If you join it, the name, username and profile photo you use on Timeline, your Timeline bio, your account type and your follower and following counts are visible to other signed-in NutriCore account holders who have joined Timeline. The posts, photos, videos and captions you add on Timeline, and the lists of the accounts you follow and that follow you, are visible to those account holders if your Timeline profile is public, and only to the followers you approve if it is private; a like or comment you add to a post is visible to those who can see that post. Timeline is not visible to anyone who is not signed in to NutriCore.

Joining Timeline, or making your Timeline profile public, does not make any other information in your account public. Your training, nutrition, body, recovery and connected-device information, your coaching relationships and conversations, and your conversations with the AI coach appear on Timeline only if you choose to share a specific item there, and then only as that shared item.

You may delete your posts and comments, remove comments on your own posts, and leave Timeline at any time. Leaving Timeline deletes your Timeline profile, posts, photos, videos, comments, likes, follows and the Timeline direct messages you sent.

  1. COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN USERS

Where the Platform provides messaging or other direct communication between a coach and an athlete, those communications are visible to both parties to the conversation and are retained as part of the coaching relationship.

Two forms of direct communication between users are provided, and they are kept separate:

  1. Coaching conversations. Conversations between a coach and an athlete, before or during a human coaching relationship, form part of human coaching and are available only to users aged 18 and over (Section 5).
  2. Timeline direct messages. Timeline members who follow each other may exchange direct text messages on Timeline. Timeline direct messages are available to every account eligible under Section 2.1, are visible only to the two people in the conversation, are not part of any coaching relationship, are not shared with a coach, and are not processed by the AI coaching functionality.

NutriCore does not routinely monitor communications between users, but may access, review, retain or disclose them where reasonably necessary to investigate a report of misconduct, protect the safety of a user, enforce these Terms, or comply with applicable law.

NutriCore does not guarantee that communications between users will be accurate, appropriate, respectful, uninterrupted or free from harmful content. Users are responsible for their own communications.

Reporting. The Platform provides a means to report abusive, harassing or otherwise objectionable content or conduct. A report keeps a copy of the reported content so that it can be reviewed. NutriCore will review reports and may remove content and suspend, restrict or terminate access where appropriate.

Blocking. You may block another account holder. A block applies across the Platform: neither of you can see the other's Timeline profile or posts, follow the other or send a follow request, send the other a Timeline direct message, or interact with the other's Timeline posts, and neither of you can send the other a new coaching request or invitation or accept a pending one. Neither of you can find the other when searching for a coach or an athlete, or send the other a message in a conversation before coaching begins. A block does not end a human coaching relationship that is already active; that relationship continues until either of you ends it (Section 5). The person you block is not told.

You acknowledge that communications occurring through the Platform may form part of a coach-athlete relationship and are not necessarily communications made by or on behalf of NutriCore.

  1. COACH-ATHLETE DISPUTES AND CONDUCT

NutriCore is not responsible for disputes arising from relationships between coaches and athletes except to the extent responsibility is imposed on NutriCore by applicable law or expressly assumed by NutriCore.

Disputes may include, without limitation: disagreements regarding training; disagreements regarding fees or refunds; cancellation disputes; disagreements concerning performance or results; communications between coach and athlete; alleged inappropriate conduct; alleged harassment; alleged misconduct; professional disagreements; claims relating to advice or instructions; and termination of the coaching relationship.

The first paragraph of this Section applies equally to disputes between users arising from what a coach states in a coach profile, or from contact made through Find a Coach, the Platform's search for a coach or an athlete, a conversation before coaching begins, a coaching request or an invitation, whether or not a coaching relationship begins.

Users must not use the Platform to threaten, harass, abuse, intimidate, stalk, discriminate against, defame or unlawfully harm another person.

NutriCore may investigate reports of misconduct and may suspend, restrict or terminate access where appropriate.

You may report a concern about a coach profile, a conversation before coaching begins, a coaching request or invitation, or the conduct of a coach or athlete to NutriCore using the contact details in Section 32 or any reporting feature the Platform provides for it. NutriCore may also hide or remove a coach profile or listing, or restrict requests and invitations, as described in Section 5.3.

Nothing in these Terms prevents NutriCore from taking action where necessary to protect users, the Platform, or compliance with applicable law.

  1. HEALTH, FITNESS AND PERFORMANCE DATA

The Platform processes information relating to fitness, exercise, nutrition, body measurements, physical activity, recovery, sleep and other health or wellness-related information. In many jurisdictions this is treated as a special or sensitive category of personal information.

The collection and processing of personal information is governed by the NutriCore Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

Your information may be stored and processed on infrastructure located outside your country of residence.

  1. CONNECTED DEVICES AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Platform integrates with or depends upon third-party services, including wearable devices and health platforms (currently including Garmin and Fitbit), artificial-intelligence providers, authentication providers, hosting providers and other technology services.

Where you connect a third-party account or device, you authorise NutriCore to receive information from that service in accordance with the permissions you grant there. You may disconnect it at any time; disconnecting stops future transfers and does not, by itself, remove information already received.

Third-party services have their own terms, privacy policies, technical limitations and availability requirements. NutriCore is not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.

NutriCore does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability or uninterrupted transmission of information obtained from third-party devices, platforms or services. A change, interruption, suspension or discontinuation of a third-party service may affect Platform functionality.

  1. DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT

You may request deletion of your account at any time from within the Platform. Leaving Timeline (Section 9) is separate from deleting your account and takes effect immediately.

A 30-day period applies between your request and the deletion becoming final. During that period your account continues to function, except that you cannot use Timeline and your Timeline profile and posts are not shown to others, and you may cancel the request at any time.

Signing in again does not cancel a deletion request. Only cancelling the request, from within the Platform, will stop it.

When the period ends, your account and the information associated with it are deleted. A limited set of records is retained with your identity removed, so that it no longer identifies you. This includes security and error logs, records of the operation of the service, food items you contributed to the shared food catalogue that other users' records depend upon, support conversations, product feedback, and records of reports and moderation decisions about you or content you posted.

Where you were acting as a coach, deleting your account ends your active coaching relationships. Your athlete retains a record that a coaching relationship existed and ended, with your identity removed from it.

Deletion is irreversible once the period has ended. NutriCore cannot restore a deleted account.

Nothing in this section limits any right of erasure, access, correction, portability or objection you may have under applicable data-protection law.

  1. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

NutriCore does not guarantee any particular fitness, athletic, nutritional, body-composition, health, performance or other outcome. Individual results vary.

Statements regarding potential benefits, improvements or outcomes are not guarantees of results.

You acknowledge that outcomes may depend on factors outside NutriCore's control, including individual characteristics, adherence, training, nutrition, recovery, health conditions, environmental factors and the accuracy of information supplied to the Platform.

  1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Participation in physical activity, exercise, training, sport and dietary changes may involve inherent and foreseeable risks, including injury, illness, physical strain and other adverse consequences.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you voluntarily assume the risks associated with activities you undertake based upon information obtained through the Platform.

You are responsible for determining whether you are physically and medically capable of undertaking an activity.

  1. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

NutriCore does not guarantee that the Platform will: always be available; operate without interruption; be free from errors; be free from security vulnerabilities; produce uninterrupted AI functionality; preserve every item of content indefinitely; or remain compatible with every device, operating system, wearable or third-party service.

NutriCore may modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue features or portions of the Platform.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Platform and its underlying software, design, branding, interfaces, trademarks, logos, text, graphics and other materials are owned by or licensed to NutriCore and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, publicly display or commercially exploit the Platform or its proprietary materials.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of NutriCore intellectual property to you.

  1. PROHIBITED USE

You must not:

  1. use the Platform unlawfully;

  2. interfere with the Platform's operation;

  3. attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems;

  4. introduce malicious code;

  5. scrape or systematically extract Platform data without authorisation;

  6. misuse another person's information;

  7. impersonate another user or NutriCore, including by using a username or name that suggests you are NutriCore or act on its behalf;

  8. misstate your age or date of birth, or create or maintain an account on behalf of a person who is not legally permitted to use the Platform;

  9. use the Platform to harass or harm another person;

  10. use the Platform to provide unauthorised medical services;

  11. use the Platform to coach, train, advise, direct or record the training or nutrition of another person who is under 18;

  12. use the Platform to solicit, groom, exploit, sexualise or endanger a person under 18;

  13. use the Platform to facilitate unlawful conduct; or

  14. circumvent technical, security or access controls.

  15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

NutriCore disclaims warranties, representations and conditions, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties relating to accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement and suitability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NutriCore and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive losses or damages arising from or relating to: use of or inability to use the Platform; reliance on information provided through the Platform; AI-generated content; inaccurate or incomplete recommendations; actions taken or not taken based on Platform content; services provided by independent coaches; disputes between users; conduct or communications of other users; injury, loss or damage arising from participation in physical activity; interruption or unavailability of the Platform; third-party services; loss of data; or unauthorised access or security incidents, except to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NutriCore's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Platform shall be limited to the greater of:

(a) the amount you paid directly to NutriCore for the relevant Platform services during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or

(b) one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NutriCore and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal expenses, arising from or related to:

  1. your breach of these Terms;
  2. your misuse of the Platform;
  3. your User Content;
  4. your violation of another person's rights;
  5. your unlawful conduct;
  6. your relationship or dispute with another user, including a coach or athlete; or
  7. your use of information, recommendations or services obtained through the Platform.

This indemnification obligation applies to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  1. COACH INDEMNIFICATION

Where a user provides coaching, training, nutrition or related services to another person through or in connection with the Platform, that user is independently responsible for those services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, coaches agree to indemnify NutriCore against claims arising from their independent professional services, conduct, representations, advice, instructions, contractual relationships or disputes with their athletes, except to the extent caused by NutriCore's own conduct for which NutriCore cannot lawfully exclude responsibility.

  1. PAYMENTS AND COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIPS

NutriCore does not currently process, collect, hold, transmit or refund payments between coaches and athletes. Any fee arrangement between a coach and an athlete is agreed and settled entirely between them, outside the Platform. NutriCore is not a party to it, has no visibility of it, and has no role in any dispute about it, including any dispute about payment, non-payment or refund.

The first paragraph of this Section applies equally to any fee arrangement made after contact through Find a Coach, the Platform's search for a coach or an athlete, a conversation before coaching begins, a coaching request or an invitation. NutriCore does not set or process the price of any coaching, and any price, fee or payment term that a coach states in a coach profile or in a conversation is the coach's own statement, which NutriCore does not check or enforce and does not routinely monitor (Section 10).

NutriCore does not currently charge coaches for use of the Platform.

Where NutriCore introduces charges or payment functionality in future, additional terms will apply and will be presented before any charge is made.

Where you purchase a subscription or other paid service through a mobile app store, the relevant app store's terms also apply to that purchase.

  1. TERMINATION

You may stop using the Platform at any time, and may delete your account as described in Section 14.

NutriCore may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to: enforce these Terms; prevent misuse; protect users; protect the Platform; address security concerns; comply with applicable law; or discontinue the relevant service.

Termination does not automatically extinguish provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification obligations and dispute provisions.

  1. PRIVACY

NutriCore's collection, use, storage, disclosure and other processing of personal information is governed by the NutriCore Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy and as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Where consent is legally required, NutriCore will obtain the applicable consent through the relevant mechanism, separately from your acceptance of these Terms. Where the consent or authorisation of a parent or legal guardian is legally required, you confirm under Section 2.1 that it has been validly obtained.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These Terms carry a version number. NutriCore records which version you accepted and when.

NutriCore may update these Terms from time to time. Where required by applicable law, NutriCore will provide appropriate notice of material changes.

Where NutriCore makes a material change — including any change to who may hold an account, to how your information is shared with a human coach, to your rights on deletion, or to the AI functionality that generates your recommendations — you will be asked to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the affected services. Acceptance of a previous version does not carry over to such a change.

For non-material changes, your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, unless applicable mandatory law requires otherwise.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law or agreed in a separate written agreement.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  1. NO WAIVER

A failure or delay by NutriCore to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of NutriCore's right to enforce it later.

  1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the NutriCore Privacy Policy and any other policies, notices or agreements expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Platform, except where a separate written agreement expressly applies.

USER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By creating an account or continuing to use NutriCore, you acknowledge that:

  • you are legally permitted to use NutriCore and its applicable features under the laws and regulations that apply to you, and where applicable law requires the consent or authorization of a parent or legal guardian, that consent or authorization has been validly obtained;
  • human coaching on NutriCore is available only to users aged 18 and over, both athlete and coach, and certain nutrition, body and training features may be applied more conservatively to accounts held by persons under 18;
  • NutriCore is a technology platform and not automatically your personal coach, doctor, dietitian or healthcare provider;
  • AI-generated information can be inaccurate and should not be relied upon without appropriate judgment;
  • information about you, including your messages to the AI coach, is processed by third-party AI providers in order to generate responses;
  • NutriCore provides Find a Coach, in which coaches who choose to be listed and who meet the conditions in Section 5.3 can be found, but NutriCore does not select, match or recommend anyone as a coach for you, does not order coaches by quality, rating or payment, does not review or approve coach profiles before they appear (except that a credential is shown only once NutriCore has marked it as reviewed), does not verify coaches' qualifications, and does not endorse or guarantee any coach; a coach does not need the identity check to be listed or to coach, and an identity indication (such as "Identity verified") or a "Credentials reviewed" indication has only the limited meaning described in Section 5.4;
  • human coaches using NutriCore are independently responsible for their coach profiles, their coaching services and their conduct;
  • a coaching request, a coach's acceptance of a request, and a pending invitation do not create a coaching relationship, give a coach access to the information described in Section 8 beyond what Section 5.5 says a request or an invitation shows, or change who holds prescription authority;
  • if you hold an athlete account and are 18 or over according to the date of birth recorded on it, a coach may send you an invitation within the Platform whether or not you have chosen to be findable by coaches, and that coach is shown the name and username on your account (Section 5.5);
  • Timeline is optional; what you post there is visible to other signed-in account holders who have joined Timeline, according to your Timeline privacy setting, and joining Timeline or making your profile public does not make any other information in your account public;
  • a block applies across the Platform and prevents new contact and new coaching relationships between the two accounts, but does not end an active coaching relationship;
  • where a human coach holds prescription authority, the AI coaching functionality stops prescribing;
  • accepting a human coach's invitation, or confirming a coaching request that a human coach has accepted, after being shown what that coach can access, is your authorization for that coach to access the coaching-relevant information described in Section 8 for as long as the coaching relationship is active; that authorization covers the relationship as a whole, not individual categories of information; ending the relationship stops your coach's future access; and the AI coaching functionality's access to content created within the relationship is separate and off by default (Section 8.3);
  • NutriCore does not handle payments between coaches and athletes;
  • you may delete your account at any time, subject to a 30-day period during which you may cancel;
  • NutriCore does not guarantee results;
  • physical activity and dietary changes involve inherent risks;
  • the Platform is not suitable for the management of an eating disorder, and adolescence is a period of elevated risk for disordered eating;
  • disputes between coaches and athletes are generally matters between those parties;
  • information supplied by you can affect the accuracy of Platform recommendations;
  • third-party integrations may contain inaccurate, incomplete or unavailable information; and
  • you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and the NutriCore Privacy Policy.

By selecting "I Agree", "Create Account", "Continue", or an equivalent acceptance mechanism, you confirm your acceptance of Version 2.4 of these Terms.
